Some years back, a good friend of mine was planning to get married. When she was in the midst of preparing for her grand wedding day, she suddenly got so stressed and tired that she thought eloping to New Zealand to get married would be the perfect solution!
Till this day, I don't know if she had considered it for real or it was just for fun. What I do know is that she did all the research she could about the country. She even found some nice New Zealand Hotels for them to stay in if ever they agree to the runaway plans. She checked out Auckland Hotels, Wellington Hotels and Christchurch Hotels too. She found all of these places to be really peaceful and romantic. Of course she didn't go through with this crazy plan, but you know what? She did make it to New Zealand for her honeymoon! Guess all her efforts didn't end up in vain. She had a beautiful honeymoon.
