Bad timing for acne

I usually have rather clear complexion. I've got my problem areas but I make sure I take care of them well most times. But lately, I'm not sure if it's due to stress at work or simply hormonal, I've been having some ugly acne problem. It's not a huge breakout, thank God, but they are still rather big and ugly. I don't use much acne products to try to be rid of them, just the occassional antiseptic stuff which usually work well. But this time, they aren't doing the job quickly and I'm wondering why...maybe it's just the age factor playing havoc with my skin condition. Oh well, it's just a sign of aging, isn't it? Anyway, I hope the traces of these pimples will be gone soon enough, because I've got 2 weddings coming up in just 2 weeks' time! Call me a vainpot, I am!
