Go healthy in October

It's Pink October, and I am in support to go healthy. I've been thinking of going on some supplements since I stopped doing so for nearly a year now. I've been losing some weight and my appetite hasn't been good. This led some of my friends and even family members to think that I'm on some appetite suppressants in an attempt to lose weight after giving birth. That's far from the truth, really. I'm just losing weight because I've got a very active son to look after!

Anyway, I'm thinking of consuming some multi-vitamins. As for my slacking appetite, maybe it's also stress related. I shall see if it improves as I de-stress. It's easier said than done doing the latter, but what else can I do but try, right?
