I haven't been watching TV for a long, long time. Not even my favourite programs like CSI. Sometimes I do miss it but I think I will have more time for them once I've reached my objectives later on.
Last week I took a small break and was actually surfing the channels to see what's new. Lots, apparently! I've missed out that much!
I happen to catch a glimpse of the program called The Biggest Loser or something like that. I was surprised to see the runner-up of Malaysian Idol Dina as a host for the show. Is she not singing anymore?
Anyway, I thought it's quite an interesting program and maybe it does act as a kind of motivator for those who want to lose weight. There's really no need for top diet pills and crash diets for losing weight.
I've also been catching up a little bit on the WLT series. Well not really watching them but just finding out what are the latest offerings on the channel. Seems good but seriously no time to follow them already :( Maybe have to rent the VCDs next time :P
