The question: "Where do you suggest Eternity should go for a short vacation?" Looks like Singapore won the votes, but pity we won't be going there. We decided on Bangkok instead, but because we booked late, the packages are pretty $$$. So we thought we could do Langkawi via Penang, especially when I could make use of some huge discounts on hotel from the company. But only to find I was too late, the discount vouchers are all gone.
So we're back to square one with no where to go. MS said let's just follow them balik kampung to Muar. Not quite a bad idea, especially when food's great!
But Bangkok is still high on our list of a "must go" destination...because we just got FREE FARES from Air Asia! We're only paying for taxes and it works out to be a complete steal. This is my most exciting freeby ever!

that's not free... u paid RM 286 for a ticket that's almost a year away?
when the girls and i went in Jan, we paid RM351 each for a a two way ticket that included taxes!!! What a rip off!
i paid RM286 for 2 pax return flights. the charges are for taxes, fuel charges and some admin fees. but yours was sure a good deal then!
ah. for two pax, then i guess it's still alrite. i found a friend who paid RM140 a pax to Bali.
whether it's a rip off or not ... i guess end of the day i dun mind paying extra to be with someone special ! Afterall .. money really can't buy you LOVE !
